Based on the themes imposed by the Kalliance game questions, and with respect for each individual, this activity enabled us to speak truthfully, to better project ourselves and commit to the future.

The advantage of this approach lies in its ability to involve the whole team, including the manager. Sensitivities are brought to the fore, problems are posed, malfunctions are exposed, strengths are highlighted, and areas of excellence are enhanced. From there, in a convivial atmosphere, the members felt encouraged to propose, build and innovate together.
